Adults Only, provides these adult classifieds free of charge, with optional enhancements available for a small fee.
By using the Adults Only adult classifieds, you agree to comply with any and all Guidelines and any and all state, federal or international laws that apply. In addition, you agree to use the system at your own risk and pursuant to the following terms:
- Adults Only reserves the right to refuse use of the system / service to anyone at any time for any reason or no reason at our sole discretion.
- Adults Only shall be held harmless by any user who may experience problems, loss or damage arising or originating from use of the system / service.
- Adults Only is not responsible for any problems, damage or loss caused by circumstances out of our control. This includes but is not limited to system failures, system errors, internet related problems, power outages, fire and theft.
- Adults Only will not be held responsible for any miscommunication between entertainers and end users. It is the responsibility of the entertainer to keep their contact information up to date. It is the responsibility of all end users to protect themselves against fraud.
- Adults Only reserves the right to omit, remove, or re-categorize ads, at any time, any listing at our sole discretion.
- Adults Only does not guarantee the receipt of e-mail associated with communication, updates and notices by any user of the system.
- Adults Only strictly prohibits any inappropriate use of the system. However, Adults Only cannot and does not guarantee that inappropriate use of the system will be prevented or noticed.
- Adults Only requires users to be of legal age in any and all jurisdiction that may apply to any transaction.
- Adults Only strictly prohibits users from sending unsolicited e-mail to other users (i.e no spamming.)
